What's New Submissions are currently open! We have new team members! If you have not met them yet, please welcome Co-founder  Moderators    Contributors      Group Rules  Only Members can submit their work - join first. All submissions need to be categorized as one of the Photography> Animals, Plants, Nature category or Photography> Macro> Nature category. One submission per month to the groups gallery! It is very important that you Read The Full Submission Guidelines HERE SEE SAMPLES OF ACCEPTABLE AND NON ACCEPTABLE IMAGES HERE We, as Admins reserve the right to reject any submission we feel does not fit the guidelines of this club. This is a club for your BEST pieces of nature photography to get exposure, so please only submit the best from your gallery! Also We ONLY accept submissions to the groups gallery from members of the club. So please do not submit work from non-members. Not sure how to submit to the gallery? We've added a new folder to our Collections Gallery. Members can now submit one deviation per week to our new Critique folder! The idea behind this is that members looking for constructive feedback and critique can post to this folder to be critiqued by there fellow nature photographers! So we're asking that you all get involved if you're able to and help out by giving critiques, advice or pointers to those looking for it! Remember critiques can be given in the comments section for deviants who do not have subscriptions. | Although we try our best to reply to all declines, due to the large amount of messages, it is not always possible to reply to all of them. The main reasons why they are declined are because: They are submitted to the wrong folder (ie. A flower picture to the Aquatic Life folder) Domestic animals are NOT in a natural setting Your deviations are NOT categorized as Photography> Animals, Plants and Nature or Macro - Nature. Your deviation is a Miscat, Photomanip or over edited Just because a photo is categorized as Macro, does not mean it will be accepted in the Macro Gallery Folder. We get many images that are not macro but have been uploaded as a macro photo. The picture has too many man-made elements or man-made/people are the main focus. We allow man-made elements and people as long as there is more nature than the man-made elements.Look at examples of what we will accept and decline right here: [link] We do not like to decline submissions, however we will if they don't follow the rules. Please don't be disheartened!  |
